Publication Ethics

Publication ethics is central for the scientific research and provides essential framework to conduct the research by following acceptable and standard procedures. From time to global scientific community has formulated these procedures that are tried, tested and revised to meet the expectations and goals of the global scientific community.

ScieInventions follows the procedures its predecessors adapted and would like to remain exemplary in the field of scientific research publishing by strictly following the norms and standards the international ethics committees like COPE, DOAJ, OASPA, and WAME have prescribed as standard publication procedures.


ScieInventions is a science research publisher of clinical, Medical, Earth, Environmental, Business and Management sciences by encouraging the publication of original and unpublished research in all forms through its journals and expects authors to submit a declaration to this effect by stating that it is their original work and it is nether published neither before nor under consideration for publishing elsewhere.


ScieInventions encourages authors to evaluate their manuscripts prior to its submission for plagiarism. It is our policy to not to encourage plagiarism in any form, except to the extent of accepted level, which is unavoidable. Our quality team would be reverting manuscripts with plagiarism for resubmission.


As we are aware of the pains of producing an outstanding research,we empathize with the authors, who expect that their contributions must be thoroughly recognized. We expect the scholarly scientific community to cite the researcher’s contribution while making a reference of their research by duly acknowledging the copyright holder. This is a great honor bestowed on scientists and their scientific research.


Author/s must obtain prior permission of the original copyright holder while reproducing any images, picture, diagram, and part of the text or formula used to accomplish their research goals. Researchers must acknowledge the original source of production/publication. Author(s) must obtain license or written permission for partial or complete reproduction of such aspects mentioned above to avoid violation of the copyrights act.

Duplicate/redundant data or manuscript submission

Any publication with repeated data, content or information that is already published either by the same authors or by others with different title to the same publisher or to other publishers is considered redundancy. According to the APA code of ethics (APA Publication Manual, 2010) duplicate publication is violation of publication ethics and will be rejected. Authors are advised to contact the editorial team to seek clarifications to rule out duplications if any. If it is proved as duplicate, authors must seek the prior permission of the copyright holder.

Citation Manipulation

Academic and scholarly citations enhance the author visibility in the research fraternity. We do not encourage any manipulation that aims at deliberate increase of citations by fake citations and references.

Data fabrication/falsification

We expect authors to generate and produce original data for analysis, following genuine research procedures. Any attempt to produce false and fabricated data for writing the manuscript, without conducting such experiments would be summarily rejected.

Author Contribution (s)

Representation of author’s information would be generally in the order of priority, based on their original contribution to the research. Any false representation would be against the research ethics. All contributions, including the students and the lab technicians must be acknowledged to promote the morale and the spirit of the scientific research. All the authors listed in the manuscript are solely responsible for values, information, views and opinions expressed in the manuscript and they must remain committed to honor it.

Conflict of Interest

ScieInventions encourages transparency in every aspect and expects author (s) to acknowledge the funding agency or any other source of financial support that sponsored the study clearly to prove its authenticity. Such declaration is helpful for the readers to form independent opinion of their own and judge the study accordingly. Conflict of interest must not stop the researcher from disclosing the facts. Authors must clearly state affiliations and collaborations with agencies in producing the research work by publicly mentioning it to avoid bias in research findings.

Reprinting the published articles

Prior written permission from the copyright holder must be obtained to reprint all the published material.

Norms for Clinical Research

Researchers must honor the privacy and the basic human rights of all the individuals or patients that is part of any biomedical, clinical research. Prior permission and consent of such individuals must be taken in consent forms. The researcher must take enough care to protect the identity of the volunteers that formed part of such research. Researcher must create awareness to the volunteers on side effects, if any by clearly explaining the patients and individuals about consequences. Researchers must take measures not to threaten the life of such individuals during or after the research period. Author must clearly state the methods and materials about such permissions and editor may also demand the author (s) to produce such documents prior to approving the manuscript for publication.

Honoring Animal and environmental laws

Author (s) or researcher that is deploying animals for clinical trial or any part of the environment for that purpose must take enough measures for not to produce agony or trauma to such living organism. Ethics committee approval is essential in all such cases. Violation of human, animal and environmental laws is liable for punishment.

Ethics committee approval

In all cases, where animal or human are involved in the research to obtain data for the study, prior permission of the ethics committee must be obtained. Author (s) must mention the details of the ethics committee approval, including the names and contact details of the ethics committee members, protocol numbers along with the date of granting such approvalmust be mentioned at the commencement of the methods and material section clearly.
